Although, water Distillation Unit is a specialized system that separates impurities, minerals, and contaminants from the source water through the distillation process, producing purified distilled water. This process involves heating the water to create steam, which is then condensed back into liquid form, leaving behind most impurities.

How Does a Water Distillation Unit Work?

However, Our Water Distillation Unit utilizes a combination of heating, evaporation, and condensation to purify water. It involves the following key steps:

  1. Heating: Heating the source water creates steam, effectively leaving impurities and contaminants behind.
  2. Evaporation: The steam rises and is separated from the water, taking with it the pure water vapor.
  3. Condensation: The process condenses the steam back into a liquid state, producing high-quality distilled water.

What is Deionization (D-I)?

Deionization, often referred to as ion-exchange. Further, a water treatment process that utilizes special resins to remove ionized impurities from water. As well as, this includes ions like calcium, magnesium, sodium, and an array of other cations (positively charged ions) and anions (negatively charged ions).

How Does a D-I Plant Work?

Our D-I Plant comprises two main types of ion-exchange resins: cationic and anionic. The cationic resin exchanges cations in the water for hydrogen ions, while the anionic resin exchanges anions for hydroxide ions. In the process, we remove ions that initially made the water conductive, leaving behind pure, deionized water.
